How often are you going to be open?

In our transition to an event-only format, we won't have regular hours. We are developing a more sustainable and balanced approach to sharing our spaces and time. We get as nostalgic as you do, so you can always count on our occasional, open to the public in-house events to give you a taste of "the old Ridge days". While we are no longer operating as a restaurant with table service, we will always have food and drinks available for purchase. We appreciate your enthusiasm and patience with us as we continue to explore what the future of our shared home away from home space looks like.

How can I book a private event?

To inquire about booking a private event, you can reach out to us at ridgerocksevents@gmail.com or fill out our contact form found here. You can find more information about the wide variety of events and spaces we offer here.

Do you take reservations?

We do not! We serve food until we run out, which can be ordered on site through our mobile ordering system or in-person at our kitchen. The tavern tends to fill up quickly, so we always recommend arriving early to get a seat for one of our live music performances.

How do I order food and drinks?

All drinks can be ordered at our bar on the top floor of the tavern. For food, we run on a mobile-ordering system that can found via QR codes throughout The Ridge. Once your food is ready, you will get a text message notifying you to head to our kitchen on the bottom floor of the tavern for pick up. If you prefer to order off the grid, we can also take food orders in person, on the bottom floor of the tavern.

Should I wait to be seated?

We run on a seat yourself system since we are no longer offering table service. If you want to secure a seat on the top floor of the tavern, we recommend arriving early. We also have seating options on our lower levels, - and when the weather is nice, we love enjoying the beautiful Ridge views on our outdoor decks!

When will outdoor events begin?

Do I have to purchase tickets?

Can I reserve seats for an outdoor event?

We do not currently offer seat reservations for any of our outdoor events. However, during every event there are plenty of tables and chairs surrounding the property. If you're concerned about not having a seat, we highly recommend bringing your own blankets or lawn chairs to one of our events! Our field seating is excellent - both for listening and cloud/star gazing.

Weather permitting, our first fully outdoor events are set to begin in May. Keep up to date with all of our events and follow us on social media to be sure to add some of the best CNY concerts to your summer calendar.

Yes and no. Tickets for our outdoor events are dependent upon each event. While our festival and tributes typically require tickets, some of our open events do not. We will always notify ahead of time whether tickets will be required, and typically will still accept ticket purchases at the door during our events.

Is there parking available?

Yes! We have two parking lots and field space that is used for overflow during our larger outdoor events. There will be signs when you arrive about where to park.

Do you allow dogs?

We love dogs! So long as they are friendly (to people and other dogs) and kept on leashes during our outdoor events, they are absolutely welcome at The Ridge. If you're lucky, you may even get to meet our resident Bernese Mountain Dog, Elsie.

How can I find you?

We're located at 1281 Salt Springs Road in Chittenango, NY. Once you spot our sign, follow our long, winding driveway towards the tavern or amphitheater. You can get more information on getting to The Ridge here.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

While many of the spaces at The Ridge are wheelchair accessible, such as the Tavern, Outdoor and Patio areas, some of our restrooms require a one step transition for access. For outdoor events, we always provide accessible portable restrooms. We strive to be as accommodating as possible, so please let us know how we can assist you during one of our events.
